By purchasing you agree to all of our shop terms/policies.

 Shipping;

All items will ship within 5 business days after payment has been received. 

We DO NOT refund packages shipped to an incorrect address. We ask you please double check your address BEFORE you complete your payment process. You must contact us BEFORE the item has shipped with any address change requests. After the items have shipped, you will have to request a delivery change via the shipping provider directly. 

We DO NOT refund for lost/damaged/stolen packages. All packages will ship with insurance, so please contact us if you have not received your items, or they arrived broken, as WE will open a claim with the shipping provider. We ask you do not open a claim. If you choose to open a shipping claim directly, all potential refund/exchange/credit options via Stoned Darling will be refused. Let us handle shipping claims, please.

 

Refunds/Exchanges/Credits

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We DO NOT refund for incorrect ring sizes. We ask you ensure you are buying the correct size when purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Sizing-

I do not accept refunds for incorrect ring sizing.

It is up to you to know the proper size for the ring you are purchasing BEFORE you complete the purchase. Please go to a local jewelry store to have your fingers sized and be sure to give me exact size when requesting a custom order. If you are local, I can meet with you to measure and determine the proper size.

If you receive a ring and it does not fit properly, contact me immediately- stoneddarling@gmail.com we will discuss possible resizing or exchange options if applicable. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, take photos/ videos of the damage so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made pieces (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Custom items that you wish to refund/return will be eligible for possible exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on any sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at stoneddarling@gmail.com, about a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Credits 

Credit towards another purchase is given on a case by case basis, credit awarded must be used within 4 months of approval, and can only be claimed once. Please contact us BEFORE you purchase so we can apply your credit to the transaction. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
